Travel Club Booking Online
Over the years, the majority of our members have found tremendous value from having direct access to one of our travel experts. Our concierge services allow members to speak directly with a professional adviser who can help them with all their travel arrangements, from choosing the ideal destination to booking flights and car rentals, and more. Yet more and more of our members have been asking for a way to book their vacation services directly, online, without the need to call on the phone.
Admittedly, in our haste to get an online system in place, we didn’t necessarily do the best job of creating a truly effortless, intuitive member booking system. While we got some things right, clearly, we missed the mark on others. And while we’re already working to improve that system, we’re simultaneously working on a separate initiative. This new initiative will be a completely new, from the ground up solution. We’re talking about one of the most easy to use, member friendly online booking engines on the Internet.
Vacation Choices new online travel club member system is only now being created. And because it’s a total re-write of our internal technology, we expect it will not be ready for members to book their travel and vacation choices trips until the summer of 2012. When it’s launched though, believe us when we say you’ll be quite pleased.
